OPERATION KNEE-HAB 👊🏼 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s a few exercises that I’ve recently been programmed by @bw_commandofitness to help rebuild my knee strength & range of motion by focusing on my lower body as a whole especially my posterior chain 🤗. We have introduced eccentric loading & Banded patterns to create the desired stimulus until the time is right that load can be added 💪🏻 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Press SAVE 💌 and give these movements a go, although these are part of my Rehab plan atm the exercises are suitable for many of us out there . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 - Banded step ups . 2 - Nordic hamstring curls . 3 - Contralateral Glute Bridges . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I am entering the second week and I am so happy with how my knee is coming along! 😀 Its a long process but it will definitely be worth trusting the process! 🙌🏼👊🏼

Tricep push ups . 4. Overhead tricep extensions . 5. Single arm cable tricep extensions . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It took me a while to build up my upper body strength but now I have, there is nothing more satisfying than smashing out unassisted tricep dips! . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So girls, don’t be afraid to get strong! It takes time but its worth it in the end 😆💪🏻🙌🏼

What if I told you that you could have dessert everyday of your life?? 😍🙏🏼🙌🏼 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3 INGREDIENT DIET FRIENDLY CHEESECAKE 🙌🏼😋 - a quick and easy dessert full of protein 🤓which can be easily included into your diet everyday! 👏🏼🙌🏼 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I used 3 crushed oreo thins for the base. For the ‘cheesecake’ filling I used 100g 0% fat yoghurt mixed with 30g lightest Philadelphia cheese. Top with more crushed oreos and chocolate sauce! 😝 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now that I’m back to tracking my food intake, I find a good way to stay on track is to include yummy desserts which feel unhealthy (but aren’t) 🤭😆. Obviously if you want a slice of cheesecake then have it! 😀 But this is quick, easy and satisfy’s a craving, so why not 🤷‍♀️❤️

Lifting weights makes you look manly 🤔... I don’t think i’ve ever felt more feminine, confident or curvy then i do now! . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I weight train 4-6 x a week (sometimes less). I eat more than i ever did before. I never feel guilty about eating anything not so ‘healthy’. The best part? I’ve learnt to love MY body. Everything i used to hate i no longer pick at and do you know what.. I bloody love it for what it can do 💪🏻❤️🙏🏼 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s to being a strong independent woman 🙌🏼💕 Who’s with ME?!

Plank leg raises - keep a neutral flat spine, don’t extend your leg so much that it compromises your back . 2. Kettlebell deadbugs - keep your back flat to the floor and extend each leg . 3. Commandos - try and engage your core, keeping your hips down and still. 4. Side Plank (30 seconds each side) - squeeze your core and glutes . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Happy Sunday everyone 💕
