IF YOU LOVE CINNAMON ROLLS THEN SAVE THIS‼️ . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ...especially when they’re just 295 calories (33g C, 9.6g F, 20.9g P) 😍 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My family used to live in the USA 🇺🇸 , so whenever we visited I was adamant that we always went to get a Cinnabon. Who’s ever had a Cinnabon?? 😍 They’re the best things ever 😝so I decided it was about time i made a less calorific version 😆 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cake Ingredients: . - 40g oats (blitzed into a flour) . - 80g yoghurt . - 1 egg . - 1 tsp butter . - 1 tsp cinnamon & baking powder . - 1 tsp brown sugar . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Icing Ingredients: . - 1 tsp icing sugar . - 1 tsp greek yoghurt . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method: 1. Heat the oven to 190 degrees . 2. Combine oat flour, egg & yoghurt . 3. Greese tin with @frylighthq . 4. Add 1/3 cake mix to bowl . 5. Combine melted butter, sugar & cinnamon (to make the cinnamon mix) . 6. Spoon some onto the cake mix . 7. Then add more cake mix, then some more cinnamon mix (repeat until all gone) . 8. Cook for 20 mins . 9. Combine yoghurt & icing sugar then top your bun . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Who’s going to be making these? 😋 Happy 12th day of FOODMAS! 🎅🏽🤶🏻🎄 I hope you’ve enjoyed it ❤️🙌🏼

Im going to be honest, this loaf didn’t even last a day so lets pray all these carbs are put to good use 😂😅the right places. A slice (or two) of A slice (or two) of this in the evening makes a delicious dessert especially when served with a low caloriemakes a delicious dessert especially when served with a low calorie ice cream🍦 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Also, if you’re new to my page and like fitness & food, then stick around i’ve got a lot of exciting things planned 💖 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ RECIPE: - 2 cups self raising flour . - 2 eggs . - 3 ripe bananas (the riper the better) . - 1/4 cup maple syrup . - 1 tsp baking powder . - 1 tsp cinnamon . - 1 tsp vanilla essence . - 1 tsp nutmeg . - LOTS OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS (white and dark) I also smashed up Oreos for the topping . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD: 1. Mash the bananas . 2. Combine all the wet ingredients to the banana mixture . 3. Add all the dry ingredients except some chocolate chips and the Oreos . 4. Grease a loaf tin and pour into it . 5. Top with the remaining chocolate chips and crushed Oreos . 6. Cook at 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes until a knife comes out clear .

Is 2000 calories a day too much for me to eat?? . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ...Nope 😆😝 EASY FULL DAY OF EATING FOR LEAN BOOTY GAINS 🍑💪🏻 Swipe left ⏮ to see what I ate today . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Breakfast: 1 bagel 🥯 any flavour, my favourite Is cinnamon & raisin 😋 whats yours?? with 1 egg & 2 egg whites scrambled and some fresh ham . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Snacks: 1 @barebells.uk white chocolate almond bar (I also love salty peanut!) and a bag of propercorn sweet n salty. Popcorn is GREAT if you’re a snacker like me because you can pick at it 😏 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Lunch: 1/2 pot chicken & smoked paprika soup, 2 slices thick cut turkey & some jalapeño & cheese bread (its my fave 🤤) . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dinner: Spaghetti bolognaise made using @musclefooduk extra lean mince as it has virtually zero fat which means I can get my fats from other naughty foods 😆 it’s all about eating smart! a calorie is a calorie at the end of the day.. . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dessert (I ALWAYS have dessert 🙈): 1 slice of my banana bread (recipe coming tomorrow…) and 3 scoops of @breyers cinnamon oat cluster ice cream because it is the best! . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Roughly 2000 calories, perhaps even more depending on if I can keep my hand out of the cookie jar. Whos eating to grow some muscles at the moment? 💪🏻

Who wants the secret to naughty cookies!?? 🍪🍪 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s a variety of cookies 🍪🍪 you can pick and chews from, they’re white chocolate chip and I like to dunk them in milk 🥛. If you’re feeling a little crummy, these cookies will bake your day a little better 🌚 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve been having a bit of a lazy Sunday, they’re the best days though right?? 😎 I decided to make these cookies but I did cheat a bit and they’re a little naughtier then my usual 🙊, but its Christmas soo… 🎅🏽🎄 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The secret?? I used a ready made cookie mixture packet and added chopped up @barebells.uk white chocolate almond bar 😋 to make them #fitness 😝🏋🏼‍♀️ but no seriously, add some protein bar and oh my its like big chunks of chocolatey goodness 🤩 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I feel Christmas should be a time for us to be more relaxed with dieting and the gym. Its the one month of the year where we just need to accept a lil extra fluff for a lil extra fun 🥳🤗 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Happy Sunday 🥰 can you believe its day 9 of #Foodmas ? Who likes m&m’s!? 🙋🏼‍♀️ these are THE BEST PROTEIN FLAPJACKS 😋 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I honestly don’t feel good today 😂 I have the worlds worst hangover so i’m feeling very sorry for myself. These flapjacks however have defo cheered me up (well my tummy 😋). They’re really cheap to make and i like to batch make them at the weekend ready for the week ahead 🙌🏼. They were made per request of @gljfitnessuk 💖💖 Who’s going to be making these?? 😝 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS: - 150g oats . - 100g peanut butter . - squeeze of honey . - 2 scoops protein powder (60g) . - 100-150ml water (until flapjack consistency is reached) . - Additional extras: M&Ms, or you could add anything you like! chocolate, raisins, nuts, popcorn.... 😋 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD: 1. Combine all the ingredients . 2. Slowly add the water, you want the mixture to not be too wet! (but also not dry, there is nothing worse then a dry flapjack 🌚). 3. Cook at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ TOP TIP: These are a great post workout treat as they’re full of protein & carbs to replenish your muscles glycogen stores 🤓.

LOW CALORIE PROTEIN TRIFLE 🍓 swipe left ⏪ for exact ingredients . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Trifle always reminds my of my Grandma, she makes a really good one (full fat of course) with Jello - who knows what Jello is!? 😆 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I actually had this for dessert last night and it genuinely tasted like a normal trifle (not protein or lower calorie!). I know its Christmas, but I do like to still make as many small changes to my diet as I can to help save those extra calories! especially as I’m very inactive at the moment because of my kneee ☹️ . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS: - Sugarfree strawberry jelly . - Chopped strawberries . - 40g Cake mix (this was 40p in Tesco!) . - 4 tbsp @barebells.uk vanilla shake (this replaces the egg and the water) . - 2 tbsp Lighter custard to 3/4 of the glass (but have as much as you like) . - Lighter squirty cream to fill the glass . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD: 1. Make the jelly according to the packet instructions and pour into your glass filling it roughly about 1/3 2. Add in the chopped strawberries and leave to set 3. Meanwhile, mix 40g cake mix with the Barebells shake and pour into an oven dish - I used a round cake tin. Cook for 10mins at 180 degrees. 4. When cooked & cooled, take a glass (similar to the one you are using) and cut a round bit of the sponge out 5. Place the sponge into the glass 6. Then layer with the custard & finally the whipped cream . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Who will be making this at the weekend? 😝 Day SEVEN of Foodmas 💖

Who does not like a GIANT PROTEIN COOKIE 🍪???? I love it when the two melt and ooze together, so its best to eat this when its warm. Perfect post-workout treat and much cheaper then a normal protein bar! You could make little cookies but…. Why wouldn’t you just have a giant cookie instead!? . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ TAG in a friend who would love these! Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl & taste it (if its not sweet enough, add sweetener) 2. Cook at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until a knife comes out clean.

EASY HIGH PROTEIN OREO CHEESECAKE RECIPE 😋 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Who likes cheesecake!? I made this today after having a not so great day, my knee is pretty bad 😔 Anyways, this is one of my favourite lower calorie dessert alternatives (its high protein too!). I would typically eat this in the evening as thats when I crave sweet things. I find making a healthier alternative to a normal cheesecake helps to keep me on track with my goal, which is to stay relatively lean whilst building some muscle . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Base Ingredients: - 3 chocolate light digestives . - 2 small tbsp coconut oil melted . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Filling: - 3 tbsp lightest cream cheese . - 1 tbsp yoghurt . - 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein (I used @missfitsnutrition ) . - 2 mini crushed Oreos . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Topping: - Melted white chocolate . - Lots of Oreos . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let me know what you think? DAY FOUR: SMOKY MEATBALL PASTA BAKE 🍝 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Is pasta bad for you? Should you not eat pasta?? The answer Is NO. Don’t be afraid of pasta, it’s just a carbohydrate. It won’t make you fat. What will you make you put on weight is eating in a calorie surplus. So should you eat pasta? Yes if you like it! But if you’re dieting, just be aware of how MUCH you eat. Your weekly calorie intake is what will be the decider of your weight maintenance/loss/gain . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS (serves 4): 🍝1 packet @musclefooduk cajun spiced meatballs . 🍝250g pasta (I used rigatoni) . 🍝1 tin (400g) chopped tomatoes . 🍝1 tsp smoked paprika . 🍝1/2 tsp oregano & basil (or Italian herb mix) . 🍝Lots of @eatlean cheddar cheese . 🍝1 tbsp Worcester sauce . 🍝100g light mozzarella . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD: 1. Heat your oven to 180 degrees C and cook the meatballs for 10-15 minutes until brown 2. Meanwhile, cook your pasta according to the packet instructions in salty water until it is cooked 3. In a saucepan, combine the chopped tomatoes, Worcester sauce, seasonings, salt & pepper 4. Heat the sauce until bubbling softly 5. Drain the pasta and pour into the sauce 6. Mix the pasta into the sauce and then pour into an ovenproof pasta bake dish 7. Take the meatballs out of the oven and place on top of the pasta 8. Top with both cheeses (be as generous as you like) then cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the pasta on top has started to crisp . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This would be a perfect meal prep idea as its quick and easy, plus you could easily reheat this for lunchtime 😋
