AHHH TWO MORE WEEKS?!?! I can’t believe we are so close to finishing this challenge. • Some days are a real struggle.. let me just tell ya 😅 Like, do I really need to follow my nutrition? Will it really make a difference? This challenge has tested me in a few different ways. And although I haven’t been perfect.. cause life happens (birthdays /trips/kid’s snacks in the pantry 🤣) I will say that my team and @optimumnutrition have been a huge part of my motivation through this process. • It’s important to do things that are not just about you. 🎈🎈🎈31.. you’ve been real. Like real real butttt I’m def ready for 32. • So many lessons learned and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Here are just a few👇🏽. • Doesn’t matter how long someone has been in your life, sometimes it’s time to let go. Make peace with it and move FORWARD. • Life isn’t perfect. Love isn’t perfect. Oh. Oh hi. 🤯 - “Lifting weights will make you bulky”.............🧐 - So funny story.. I used to be a little cardio 🐰. Barely any weights and ALOT of HIIT cardio. HIIT is incredible for fat loss and leaning out BUTT 👆🏽 clearly not the only way to go. Right now I probably do two HIIT conditioning sessions a week AND a lot of weights. - I think part of me was afraid to lift because I did think.. dang, I don’t wanna be bulky. Girls 👉🏽 lifting weights doesn’t make you “bulky”.. eating at a caloric surplus does 🤗 Don’t be afraid to add that weight ONCE you have the correct form 🙌🏽 - Also.. pretty neat to see this comparison and see how far you’ve come. Talk about some serious motivation 💛💛 - 2.5 year difference

As promised 👉🏽 Body Composition Analysis coming at ya! (You can swipe over to see the full results). - So I’ve never done any kind of body comp machine before.. I’ve only tracked my body fat (recently) with the scale that I have at home which ummmm isn’t the most accurate 🤓 So at home I’ve dropped about 2.5% which means I actually started this challenge at 22% and now I’m half way through and have hit... 19.2!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 - Soooo turns out I’ve already hit my goal of being in an “athletic” range 😱 (14-20% in females) Whaaaaaat ⁉️⁉️⁉️ - Doesn’t end here tho.. let’s see what this body is capable of 😘 PS: I’m 5’7”

I’d rather be here. The end. GUYS! Week three was a tough one. The workouts weren’t tough (except for today when I didn’t even wanna leave my car 😅).. but sticking to my nutrition was damn near impossible. Anyone else emotionally eat?? Not only was it period week (which makes me want to hide away with all the sweets and carbs some days) butttt LIFE bruh. Thankfully I have a very strong support system at home (♥️), my #ONteamisolate mates and my #partner @optimumnutrition to keep me going. Excited to start WEEK FOUR really solid. Food diary in STORIES today 🤤 I’ve been getting tons of questions about what I’ve been eating during this challenge and so today seems like a good day to share each meal that I have with you to give you a better idea 🤗 - It’s pretty simple though.. I have my high carb days which is when I’m lifting heavy and the rest of the days are low carb. Not perfect. Dedicated. Determined. Focused. Incredibly grateful. - Started WEEK THREE of the @optimumnutrition challenge with @_christian_william_ tricking me (in the best way) into doing 4 sets of 5 at 205 (previous pr). Thought I was doing 185. - 2 + 2 is 3 right?! 😅🤓 To be fair I didn’t know he had used 35lb plates instead of 25s. Talk about having people in your corner tho 🤗 - It’s very easy to come up with excuses.. but at the end of the day what are those excuses doing for you. - Just fkn do it. Life is too damn short. Don’t forget to enjoy it. Do the things you love with the people you couldn’t live without. And don’t forget to rip some goals along the way ✌🏽 - #partner #optimumnutrition #ONteamisolate #proven
